Teasel Cottage

Teasel Cottage is a beautiful Grade 2 listed 19th century cottage in the unspoilt medieval town of Winchcome, 8 miles north of Cheltenham. Combining comfortable modern facilities while retaining its character with exposed beams, stone walls and warming wood burning stove, Teasel Cottage is the perfect Cotswold get-away. Winchcombe boasts a wide selection of independent shops, along with some great places to eat, from comforting pub grub up to Michelin Star level. And for horse racing enthusiasts, the cottage is only 5 miles from Cheltenham’s famous racecourse. For EV car owners, there are no public chargers in the town, but you are welcome to use the charger at our cottages in Bourton on the Water and combine this with a visit to the village, with the benefit of free parking!

• Sleeps 5 in three comfortable first floor bedrooms, one with a double bed, a second that can be set up as either a double or twin beds and a third single

• Two bathrooms, one en-suite with walk-in showers

• Large living area with comfortable sofas, wood burning stove and a smart TV

• Steps lead up to a well equipped modern kitchen/dining area including fridge/freezer, dish-washer, two-oven induction hob cooker, beech table and an electric flame-effect stove.

• There is high-speed WiFi thoughout the cottage and the smart TV provides access to a large number of TV channels, in addition to Netflix, etc

• The cottage is equipped with a washing machine/drier and a high chair and travel cot (without bedding) is also available.

• Outside is an enclosed garden. From the lower paved area, where there is a gas bebecue, steps lead up to a lawn, beyond which is a raised paved area with a table and chairs

• Private off-street parking
